Xerstretch Strap Exercises
hamstring stretch
Relieve tightness in the back of the legs
1. Lie on your back, legs extended, and place the middle loop around one foot while holding one end loop in each hand
2. Slowly bend your arms and pull the end loop towards your chest while lifting your leg upward
3. Hold that stretch while pulling the toes slightly downward and pressing your heel up
4. Repeat on the other leg
quad stretch
Relieve tightness in the front of the legs
1. Lie on your stomach, legs extended, and place one end loop around one foot and hold the other end loop with the same side hand
2. Slowly straighten your arm and pull the end loop towards the floor while bending the leg
3. Hold this stretch while pulling your heel towards your glute
4. Repeat on the other leg
